Throughout my career, my main objective has been to help others from all walks of life, roles, and types of organizations around the world. I’ve pursued that goal through coaching, consulting, speaking, training, writing, and creating practical resources for use by others. The past thirty years of my research has translated into several best-selling books, including Managing By Values, People Smart, The Platinum Rule, and The Leader Within, along with many other published articles and blogs on leadership, management, and high performing organizations.
